1. Overview

Meesho Listing AutoFill ("Extension", "we", "us", or "our") is a Chrome extension designed to help sellers learn product-listing information from their Meesho seller pages and use saved information to autofill product listing forms.

We aim to collect and process only the information necessary to provide the Extension's authentication, saved-template, synchronization, and autofill functionality.

2. Information We Process

Account and authentication information

• Email address or other account identifier used for login.
• Authentication/session information required to keep you signed in.
• Account status and basic account/profile information associated with the Extension.

Product listing and template information

When you use Learn Listing or related functionality, the Extension may read product listing information from the Meesho seller page you are actively using. This can include:

• Product name and product attributes.
• Category, color, fabric, size, measurements, GST/HSN and similar listing attributes.
• Price, MRP, inventory, SKU and variation information.
• Manufacturer, packer, importer and related seller-entered listing details.
• Saved autofill templates and values you choose to save.

Extension settings

The Extension may store settings necessary for its operation, including autofill preferences, template configuration, fill mode, and SKU/style-code automation settings.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

• We do not intentionally collect your general browsing history.
• We do not intentionally collect unrelated websites or pages outside supported functionality.
• We do not collect payment card or bank-account information through the Extension.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not use listing information for advertising.
• We do not use listing information to build advertising profiles.

4. How We Use Information

• Authenticate users and maintain account access.
• Save and restore templates and settings you choose to use.
• Synchronize supported account and template information between the Extension and its backend.
• Read listing fields on supported Meesho seller pages when you explicitly use Learn Listing or Auto Fill.
• Match saved values to listing fields and fill the appropriate fields when you request Auto Fill.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate the Extension.
• Provide support when you contact us.

5. Where Information Is Stored

Depending on the feature, information may be stored locally in Chrome extension storage and/or in our backend service.

We use Supabase for authentication and backend/database services. Information sent to Supabase is processed according to the configuration of our Supabase project and applicable Supabase terms and policies.

We do not intentionally send listing information to advertising networks or sell it to third parties.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the Extension, including our authentication and database infrastructure provider, Supabase. Such providers process information on our behalf to provide the requested service.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect the security of the Extension or its users, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect our legal rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and saved-template information for as long as necessary to provide the Extension's features or until you request deletion, subject to legitimate legal or security requirements.

Information stored locally in Chrome may remain until you remove it, clear the Extension's data, uninstall the Extension, or otherwise delete it through available controls.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us using the email address below.

Where applicable, we will delete or anonymize information that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

You can also remove locally stored Extension data by uninstalling the Extension or using its available data-management controls.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their account credentials and keep Chrome and the Extension up to date.

10. Children's Privacy

The Extension is intended for sellers and business users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Extension's functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date shown at the top of this page.
